1 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, requesting a free assessment, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Free Assessment & Quotes

Submitting the Free Assessment form does not obligate you to purchase any product or service from SolarGeek. Quotes provided are estimates only and are subject to change following an on-site or virtual evaluation, updated utility bill data, or supply and permitting requirements. A binding agreement is only formed once a separate installation or purchase contract is signed by both parties.

5 Communications Consent

By submitting any form on the Site, you consent to being contacted by SolarGeek and its trusted partners via phone, text message (including autodialed or prerecorded messages), and email regarding your inquiry, even if your number is on a state or federal do-not-call registry.

6 Payments & Financing

If you choose to proceed with a solar installation, payment terms, deposits, and financing details will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and the installing contractor or financing provider. SolarGeek does not itself extend credit or financing; any financing offers are provided by independent third-party lenders subject to their own approval criteria and terms.

7 Installation, Permits & Warranties

• Installation work is performed by licensed, independent installation partners, not directly by SolarGeek, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• Permitting and interconnection timelines depend on local authorities and utility companies and are estimates only.
• Equipment (panels, inverters, batteries) is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty; workmanship warranties, if offered, will be detailed in your installation agreement.

8 Cancellations & Refunds

Because the Free Assessment and quote process does not involve payment, no refund is applicable at that stage. If you sign a separate installation contract, cancellation rights, notice periods, and any applicable refund of deposits will be governed by that contract and by any statutory right of rescission available under your state's consumer protection laws.

9 User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without our written consent.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and design — is the property of SolarGeek or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to independent installation partners, financing providers, or utility company resources. SolarGeek does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third parties. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.
